A closer coaching relationship

Three ways to move your search forward.

01

Monthly Personalised Review

Submit your CV, LinkedIn and current focus once per calendar month. Joshua personally returns detailed written guidance within a target of seven days. Not automated. Not generic.

02

Live Group Coaching

Monthly sessions on application strategy, interview preparation, visa positioning and member Q&A. Ask your questions, learn with other serious applicants and revisit the recordings.

03

Sponsor Directory, with depth

The full UK sponsor register and Novocruit-verified profiles. Additional Accelerator insights include recruiter contacts and hiring patterns as the research accumulates.

Why this exists

Content is a start.
Answers are what you need.

“More than 500 people have asked me for one-to-one support. I cannot do that many sessions, and at £219 most students and recent graduates cannot afford one. The Accelerator is how I work with more people properly: live sessions every week, recorded for anyone who cannot attend, a members’ group where I answer questions daily, your CV and LinkedIn reviewed by me, and priority on every question you ask on the platform. The lessons and playbooks are the foundation. The Accelerator is me on the other end of it.”

Checking your account…

Before you join.

When does the Accelerator launch?

The target launch is December 2026. Join the waitlist for first-access information before deciding whether to subscribe.

What if I’m already a Founding Member?

You can join the waitlist using your existing account. Upgrade options will be shared when Accelerator opens; joining the waitlist does not change your current plan.

Is the £49 monthly price protected?

Yes. Waitlist members who subscribe get £49 per month for as long as they remain subscribed. If you cancel, that price protection ends.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account; access continues until the end of the billing period. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. See our Terms for details.

Where can members be based?

Members can be based anywhere. The coaching focuses on international graduates targeting UK roles and navigating employer sponsorship.

How many monthly reviews can I submit?

One per calendar month. Submit your CV, LinkedIn and current focus for detailed personal written guidance, with a target turnaround of seven days.

Does joining cost anything?

No card, payment or commitment is needed. Joining records your interest and queue position; it does not start a subscription or guarantee a sponsored role.

What if I have another question?

Message Joshua through Novocruit. We would rather you make the right decision than feel pressured.

Your next step can be a personal one.
